The Atlanta Institute of Permanent Makeup was founded by Roxana Serrano, an internationally recognized Master Artist with many years of experience in the permanent makeup industry. Roxana holds multiple international titles in some of the most advanced techniques, including Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. Her passion for beauty and education led her to create this institute with one goal in mind: to guide and support new artistson their journey to becoming confident and successful professionals.
